*12 Things is exactly what it sounds like: 12 things I’m enjoying at the moment. To read all of my 12 Things posts, click here.
1. Garden of Eatin’ Organic Chili Lime Chips- These things have some major flavor and are so so good in spicy sopa de lima!
2. Victoria’s Secret Hypnotic Beauty Kajal Eyeliner- Perfect for exotic eyes.
3. My many years old black boyfriend cardigan from Gap. The black color has held up and it’s perfect for casual wear.
4. Nail polish blogs- I’m trying to quit biting my nails, and nail polish blogs provide plenty of inspiration! Some favorites: The PolishAholic, Green Eyes Pink Nails, and The Swatchaholic.
5. The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder- This book is back to being by my side at all times! I love it.
6. Faygo Diet Rock & Rye -The perfect sweet treat to go with not-so-serious dinners (definitely not approved for the third phase of the above book!).
7. Tune-In App for iPad- This app is awesome and so much easier than listening to the radio.
8. Manzella Adventure 100- These ultra warm gloves have the warmest warmth rating and are perfect for skiing, walks, and casual wear.
9. The Jefferson Bible: Smithsonian Edition- This was a Christmas present from my sister, and I am so pumped about it! Thomas Jefferson literally cut and paste parts of the bible together that he thought made the most sense and actually happened. Not only did he do that, he did it in Greek, Latin, French, and English. The bible is currently on display in the Smithsonian, and they released a reproduction of it that includes information on the preservation of the original. You don’t have to be religious to appreciate the history of this mind-boggling project.
10. Fossil KeyPer E-Reader Case- Another Christmas gift: my mom gave me some money just for the Fossil outlet, and I picked out this Fossil e-reader case for my Kindle. It doubles as a padfolio and has a spot for business cards too. The structure is perfect and the padding is enough to protect my reader.
11. Grains & Greens Nutritional Foods- This local store has all kinds of organic goodness and vegetarian yummies.
12. Old Navy Power Stretch Yoga Pants- They carry a $35 price tag, but when I found these on sale for $20 a few months ago, I had no idea that I was getting such a stellar pair of workout pants. They stay up, are comfortable, and the material is great.
